Composition:
Lentils – 100 gr.
Peas – 100 gr.
Beans – 100 grams.
Potatoes – 2 PCs.
Carrot – 1 PC.
Onions – 1 PC.
Butter – 20 gr.
Tomato sauce – 1.5 tbsp
Bay leaf -1 PC.
Salt, black pepper – to taste.

The method of preparation.
1. Wash, cook peas.
2. Rinse, add to peas and beans.
3. Wash, add the lentils. Bring to a boil, cook beans together on a slow fire a little over an hour.
4. Onions finely cut, carrots three on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
5. Add to carrots and onions tomato sauce and a little broth, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
6. While onions and carrots are simmered, peeled potatoes, cut into medium dice, send to the soup, then add the onions and carrots. Salt, pepper, add hops-suneli, Bay leaf, cook until cooked potatoes.
