Penne rigate: 200 g
Cocktail tomatoes: 100 g
Large Tomatoes: 2
Fine Italian ham: 4 slices
Mozzarella Beads: 100 g
Mixed herbs (arugula, tarragon, flat parsley): 10 g
Bouquet of basil chiseled: 1
Pitted black olives: 20 g
Olive oil: 3 tbsp. soup
Balsamic vinegar: 1 tsp. soup
Salt
Pepper
Preparation steps:
1 Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, according to the cooking time indicated on the package. Drain and allow to cool.
2 Drain the mozzarella. Rinse, sponge the herbs. Thinly slice olives and slices of ham. Rinse, blot the cocktail tomatoes and cut them in half. Rinse the tomatoes, peel them, seed them and cut them into small dice.
3 Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar and the chopped basil. Add salt and pepper.
4 Pour and mix the pasta in a salad bowl with herbs and tomatoes, mozzarella balls, ham and olives. Mix and store in a cool place before serving with the vinaigrette.
