Yes, I 'll let you know. I have earmarked 3-4 simple things that can be adapted to local ingredients. But you would not like the 'corruption' I will be making to your recipe!! Your long list of instructions always give me a panic attack! I am afraid to ruin everything because I have a mental block of being a bad cook. So, your block always amazes me! You are not afraid of failure!! Wonderful!
