Meat solyanka (russian) in a pan!!! Very very tasty!!!

INGREDIENTS:
Beef - 300 g
Smoked meat - 150 g
Pickled cucumber - 3 pieces
Tomato paste - 150 g (or tomatoes)
Greens-to taste
Brine - 1 Cup (cucumber)
Lemon - 2 slices
Chicken - 150 g
Onion - 3 pieces
Mushrooms - 200 g
Olive oil - 50 ml
Spices to taste
Olives - 2 tablespoons

Solyanka (soup), it is best to cook in a pot or saucepan. But if this dish is not found, then fit a deep pan. Beef stew will be more thick, rich and not so liquid. For cooking soups meat in the pan can use not only water but also broth of meat.

COOKING:

1.To begin, prepare the meat for soups. Half of beef wash and cut into thin slices. The other half of the strips. Strips or simply small pieces chop the chicken and meats.

2.Now vegetables: cucumbers cut into strips, small onion rings (if medium size onions, then you can half-rings). Salted mushrooms cut arbitrarily, but not too small. By the way, if you are not using tomato paste and fresh tomatoes, then remove the peel and chop them in a blender to a paste. Brine is better to use, of course, out of domestic cucumbers.

3.Preheat a deep pan, add the olive oil, first fry half of the beef. Much fry, not worth it.

7.Now you can add pickles, mushrooms and the remaining chopped beef. Immediately pour contents of the pan a glass of cucumber brine.

8.When the brine boils, pour into the pan water. The amount of water depends on the size of the pan. When the stew comes to a boil, add the remaining smoked. Reduce the heat, let the stew stew for about 30 minutes.

9.In the end, can add spices, herbs and chopped olives, cut into rings. By the way, olives can add directly before serving. Let the stew then cook for another 15 minutes.

Link to the source of the recipe listed. What's the problem?

USA people prefer to use pounds and ounces as well as other imperial units. Which means you have to translate your recipe not only from Russian to English, but from Metric to Imperial system too.
