Cover the pan and reduce the temperature until the duck meat soup is formed with apples for 30-40 minutes.

Now the apple ducks are ready to serve.

You can eat it with any other side dish such as potatoes to enjoy it.

As mentioned above, you can use apples with ducks in different recipes, including dipping the ducks in full apple to get a different flavor for duck or apple duck soup, which is the above method.

Ingredients :

*7 lbs duck.
*4-5 medium size apples.
*Salt and black pepper as desired.
*Spices.

Steps:

You can use a pot suitable for cooking ducks, cast iron or large size pan, the most important thing to have a size suitable for the size of ducks.

Before using ducks, wash thoroughly with cold water to ensure cleaning.

Rub the ducks with a mixture of salt, black pepper and spices in all parts of the duck and leave them until they are on fire.

During the settling of ducks you can prepare apples.

So that the filling of the ducks is ready for use. Cut the apples into 6 pieces and remove the seeds inside.
