There are four blood types; A, B, AB and O. Every individual belongs to one of these groups. Could eating based on your blood type contribute to your growth? The food you eat reacts with your blood type, hence the need to follow meals designed for your blood type for effective food digestion.
Below are some common foods for the various blood types:
Type A
Eat: Fruits and Vegetables, Beans and Legumes, Whole Grains, Fish.
Don't Eat: Red Meat, Pork, Diary Products,Egg
Type B
Eat: Green Vegetables, Eggs, Fish, Low-fat Diary, Fruits.
Don't Eat: Corn, Wheat, Peanuts, Chicken, Meat, Pork.
Some Vegetables
Type AB
Eat: Seafoods, Diary, Green Vegetables, Fruits, Grains, Legumes.
Don't Eat: Caffeine, Alcohol, Meats, Corn, Chicken.
Type O
Eat: Fish, Meat, Poultry, Vegetables, Fruits, Beans, Legumes
Don't Eat: Grains, Diary, Corn.
