Kilishi is a spicy beef jerk originating from northern Nigeria.It is similar to Suya but the preparation and texture are not thesame.Traditionally,kilishi is dried under the sun's intense heat for about three days.
Ingredients
- 10 pieces wafer-thin beef
- 1 tablespoon suya spice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- A small piece of ginger
- 1 small stock cube
- little salt
