For this week challenge I'd like to make mackerel on the grill
We will need
1 mackerel
1/2 of lemon
1 onion
spicies ( pepper, ginger, rosemary)
First we do is marinade : cut the onion into cubes, add lemon zest, our spicies, lemon juice ( some olive oil will be nice too)
Make incisions on both sides of mackerel
Put the mackerel into marinade for 15 minutes
Put the foil into a form. At the bottom we put the marinade, and the mackerel above.
Bake for 20 minutes on the grill for 10 minutes on each side
Serve garnished with a broccoli.

Thank you for putting another entry out, however, before I could acknowledge this, would you please give us the ingredients of the spices that you used? What does it say on the sachet of the ginger?
The pepper looks innocent and is fine but what does it say on the sachet of the ginger? Is it possible to take a picture of the ingredients of that ginger so we could be transparent to the rest? If it is, please do even if its written in Greek. Thank you very much.
