Pan Seared Steak Recipe

1kg of boneless steak
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of pure vegetable oil
HOW TO PREPARE THIS:
Step 1
Don’t fail to preheat your oven to 350F/180C. Or anything close to that.
Step 2
Next thing is to place a very big frying pan on a medium heat. Ensure the pan gets really hot till it starts to smoke.
