As a 50 year old dude, I have to use every bio trick that I can learn because it's real easy to gain weight over 40. Especially if you are not working out. It's surprising how it sneaks up on you.

I totally get it, activity is key and weight will sneak up on anyone that isn't working out regularly but tricks like this will keep the unwanted weight off! :) It is good that you are continuously learning and adding tricks and tools that you can use to live a healthy lifestyle! :)
