Make your day a fun start
35 minutes cooking time
Raw material
• 3 to 4 tablespoons oatmeal and sesame
• 200g cut dried apricots
• 1 Pouch quick-acting baking powder (7g)
• 3 scoops of cocoa powder 1 scoop of orange sauce
• 300g whole wheat flour
Direction
• Install a kneader on the food processor, add wholemeal, regular flour, baking powder, and 1 spoonful of salt to the bowl and mix well. 350 ml of lukewarm water was added from the feed port and stirring was continued until the dough was kneaded. Add apricots and continue stirring to form the dough.
• Then knead it by hand on flour-coated countertops for a few seconds, knead it in a bowl and place it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it in a warm place for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and rub it for a few minutes to make a dough roll. Place the dough roll on a rectangular baking tray, sprinkle with water, oatmeal, sesame seeds, cover with a clean towel, and ferment for 1 hour.
• Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Let it dry for a while.
• 35 minutes of preparation time + 2 hours of fermentation time.
