Raw material
• 25g chopped parmesan cheese
• 1 Italian ciabatta bread
• 200ml ultra pure olive oil
• 2 petals cut garlic
• 2 (beef) mozzarella cheese
• 25g fresh basil leaves
• 25g pine nuts
Direction
• Place basil leaves, pine nuts, and 1 clod of garlic into the mixing cup of the handheld blender. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and stir. If you need to get a proper consistency and then add some olive oil, then add cheese and continue stirring.
• Cut the bread into thick slices and bake it golden brown in the oven. After removal, rub the remaining garlic over the bread while the bread is still warm. Put mozzarella cheese and a small amount of pesto on the top of the bread. Heat appeared.
• A total of 15 minutes of preparation time is required.
