this time I want to share a simple snack menu that may already be familiar in our ears and mouth.

alhamdulillah teman teman ketemu lagi di hari sabtu yang sedikit mendung di tempat saya , tapi insyaAllah barakah.
kali ini saya mau sharing menu cemilan simple yang mungkin sudah tidak asing lagi di telinga dan mulut kita.
langsung saja ke resepnya .
*ingredients :
- roasted starch 150 grams (for sprinkling)
- glutinous rice flour 250 gram (sticky white)
- 50 gram rice flour
- 100 grams of sugar
- 150 ml of white water
- salt 1/2 tsp
- food coloring
- milk powder (me dancow)
stuffing material:
- Ground 150 grams, roasted ground brush
- sugar 50 grams
- water sufficiently
*bahan :
- tepung kanji sangrai 150 gram (untuk taburan)
- tepung beras ketan 250 gram (ketan putih)
- tepung beras 50 gram
- gula pasir 100 gram
- air putih 150 ml
- garam 1/2 tsp
- pewarna makanan
- susu bubuk (saya dancow)
bahan isian :
- kacang tanah 150 gram , sangrai tumbuk kasar
- gula pasir 50 gram
- air secukupnya
How to make :
Cara membuat :
prepare the container, then input glutinous rice flour and stir by adding water, stirring until smooth.
Pour milk powder into a dough that has been dull, stir again until the dough is flat.
siapkan wadah, kemudian masukan tepung beras ketan lalu aduk dengan menambahkan air, aduk sampai kalis.
tuangkan susu bubuk ke dalam adonan yang sudah kalis, aduk lagi hingga adonan rata .
if you want many colors can be used food coloring for some container.
steam the dough for 20 minutes on medium heat
jika ingin banyak warna bisa dipakai pewarna makanan untuk beberapa wadah.
kukus adonan selama 20 menit dengan api sedang
take the dough that has been then put the container that has been covered with starch kanji not sticky.
grab each dough then fill the beans according to taste and then the small round shape
ambil adonan yang telah jadi lalu taruh diwadah yang telah dilumuri tepung kanji agar tidak lengket.
ambil setiap adonan lalu isi kacang sesuai selera kemudian bentuk bulat kecil
Sprinkle all the dough with starchy starch flour in advance try all the flat surface.
taburi semua adonan tadi dengan tepung kanji yang sudah di sangrai terlebih dahulu usahakan semua permukaan rata .
