How to prepare
We clean the rabbit well as we clean the chicken, and leave it aside to get rid of excess water. Add lemon juice to the meat that is found with the vegetables, then remove it directly from the fire, and pour it into serving dishes. Served with rabbit meat foundry with vegetables and toast.
