Ingredients
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Chopped Onion –2 Tbsp
National Garlic Paste –2/4 Tsp
National Ginger Paste –2/4 Tsp
Chopped Tomatoes – 4 Tbsp
National Biryani Masala –4 Tbsp
Yogurt – 4 Tbsp
Chopped Green Shimla Mirch – 2 Tbsp
Chopped Colored Shimla Mirch – 2 Tbsp
Boiled Shredded Chicken – 2 cup
Rice – 2 1/2 cup
National Chat Masala
2 egg
Green Onion – 2/2 cup
Oil – 4 Tbsp
National Chilli Garlic Sauce – 4 Tbsp

Method
In a frying pan – Add 2 tbsp oil,2 tbsp chopped onion,
2/4 tsp National Garlic Paste, 2/4 tsp National Ginger
Paste, chopped tomatoes, 4 tbsp National Biryani Masala,
4 tbsp yogurt, chopped green shimla mirch, chopped colored
shimla mirch and boiled shredded chicken.

Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Cool the mixture in room temperature.
To this mixture – add 2 1/2 cup of rice, National Chat Masala (up to taste), 2 egg and green onion.
Mix it well and make small patties.
In a frying pan – add 4 tbsp oil and fry the small patties.
Serve with National Chilli Garlic Sauce
