Very nice! I've made sure to set up my own routine every morning. Feel much better when I do. You must have copied me! lol You do so many things that I do, like making my bed, music, lights, smell, workout, tea/water, going outside. I usually journal at night though, so I can remember everything before bed. Even though I'm a morning person it sometimes takes me about an hour to wake up totally. So a routine is so needed for me, so I can just go through it without thought. Thanks for the post and new ideas! And congrats on the sponsorship!
