3 Cheese Pizza
Who doesn't love a good pizza?
I'm originally from Queens, New York and I grew up eating many different pizzas from many different places. This pizza recipe in particular is one of my favorite recipes since it reminds me of home.
It's both easy to make and very delicious!
Ingredients
Pizza Dough (Store bought or homemade)
Pizza Sauce
1 bag of Kraft Mexican Cheese Mix
1 bag of Kraft Pizza Mozzarella
I usually use the store bought pizza dough, but I was lucky enough to have my mom make fresh pizza dough!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450F degrees- The high temperature will make the crust more flavorful and crunchy
- Roll out the dough onto pizza crisper- I use a 12-inch non stick pizza crisper
- Spoon pizza sauce evenly on dough- The amount of pizza sauce depends on your personal preference
- Sprinkle one cup of Kraft Mozzarella Cheese and one cup of Kraft Mexican Cheese Mix over the pizza sauce
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is light brown
