Good morning steemian friends wherever you are ,, a new day of new enthusiasm, today is the day of meugang Akbar or big meugang exactly one day before Eid, the people of Aceh welcome a day called meugang which is a day where almost all Acehnese buy beef or buffalo which sold seasonally on that special day which is so different from usual days.
Meugang day is done two days before the arrival of Eid both Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, small or first Meugang is done two days before Eid and Meugang Akbar or large one day before Eid, Meugang tradition continues to be done in various regions throughout Aceh.
My little review about meugang day let's welcome meugang day with joy, if we can't afford to buy meat on meugang day then don't be discouraged because Eid Al-Adha is Eid Qurban, where we will also get qurban meat on the second day of Eid or only intermittently one day from meugang day only.
