In the context of environmental damage or climate change we are responsible for vehicles, industries, homes and offices. Because the electricity and other fuels are used extensively in such a way.

We do not think once at all when we eat our favorite foods, how these foods affect the environment. The sad news is that due to agricultural activities, large quantities of greenhouse gases are produced which is a cause of extreme environmental damage.

According to the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, the level of greenhouse gases produced by farming is increasing day by day. Not all food is produced during the production of food but equally. In this report, 10 food items were discussed, which should reduce us for the sake of environment.

Nut milk production

Almond milk is widely used as a substitute for various dairy foods. Its influence on the environment is quite prominent. 80 percent of the nuts produced in the world are produced in California in the United States, thereby causing severe drought every year. Every nut tree needs 5 liters of water per day. Moreover, 100 liters of water is required to produce 100 ml of nut milk. As a result, the demand for water leads to a lot of increase in which the farmers are forced to make additional wells. As a result, the canals made for roads, bridges and cultivation are greatly damaged and the probability of earthquake increases, which is destructive for the environment.

Beef production

About 14.5 percent of the world's greenhouse gas is produced by animal farming, 65 percent of which is made from beef and various dairy products. According to the American Department of Natural Resources, approximately 27 kilograms of carbon dioxide gas is produced in every kilogram of beef. According to the consumption and consumption of beef in the world every day, there is a lot of carbon dioxide emitting, which has a devastating effect on the environment. Besides, a large amount of methane gas is produced by the cow, which is known to be very harmful greenhouse gases. In a number of countries, forestry is being created by making deforestation, resulting in a huge amount of greenhouse gases being produced and it is one of the reasons for climate change.

Lamb meat production

As per the production of beef, every kilogram of lamb produced by emissions of 22.9 kilograms of carbon dioxide gas is released. Large quantities of natural resources are used to produce red meat, which are used as sheep or other animal feed. Moreover, the use of chemical fertilizers is widely used in their food production, which releases nitrous oxide. Nitrous oxide increases the heat of the climate and it is 298 times stronger than carbon dioxide.

Cheese production

As a result of cheese production, a large part of carbon dioxide is released. Firstly, it comes from cows that cause methane gas production. Second, it requires frosting as well as transportation. Only parts of the paneer are marketed, but half of the other parts play a role in the growth of carbon dioxide. To produce cheese, huge amount of energy is consumed, because cheese production has to overcome a lot of steps. Collect milk first, then after making it through a different process, cheese is made. Apart from this, there is a lot of energy spent on the frozen and transporting of Panir, which has a risky effect on the environment.

Rice production

Larger methane gas production in the world is due to the production of rice. Rice prepared rice is the second most popular food in the world, due to which the temperature of the earth is rising continuously. Due to the high yield of rice production, methane is produced in large quantities and increasing the rate of carbon dioxide emissions increases the production of rice. A large amount of methane gas emits every kilogram of rice, thereby increasing the temperature of the environment as well as increasing the chances of climate change. As the world's population increases, the demand for rice is increasing, making global warming and climate change increasing every day.

Bread production

To produce wheat from wheat, ie, to produce white bread, there is a need to refine the flour made from wheat and also to go through many processes, which result in a huge cost of energy. Besides, these breads are preserved and marketed through plastic packets, which leads to increase in plastic production. The environment is severely damaged due to this huge amount of plastic production.

Egg production

Due to an egg produced in the farm, 4.8 kilograms of carbon dioxide gas emit. Besides, there is a lot of energy needed for poultry feed and other systems including electrical equipment. Nitrogen oxides are produced in abundance in chicken farms. Moreover, ammonia emits a very large number of poultry chickens, which do not have a very good effect on the environment.

Tuna fish production

Tuna fish are hunted due to the huge demand for tuna in the world market, which reduces the amount of tuna fish from the ocean and also destroys the environment. Tuna fish species are today almost extinct due to the increase in the amount of tuna fish in recent years due to the increase in the population. In the commercial way, due to tuna hunting and marketing, there is widespread loss of marine environment. Moreover, due to the increasing number of ships for tuna hunting in the sea, it is ruining the overall balance of the environment.

Rui fish production

Rui fishes are abundant Omega-3

Have never heard of the methane produced in rice production. Will research that further, thanks.
