Why is it most people assume eating healthy means sacrificing taste? More often then not when most people think healthy they think bland and tasteless, why is this?
When healthy food is not only nutritious but is also delicious. It all depends on the way you prepare and cook the ingredients, throwing some random veggies together is healthy but is not the best way to get the most value out of your meal.
People eat on a daily basis and most of us eat at least 3 times a day on average, this means we would have eaten close to if not more then 1000 meals throughout the year.
1000 or more opportunities to eat a healthy well balanced meal, for some making the right decision can be difficult, but trust me it's well worth the effort.
Here is a few steps to help in maintaining a healthy eating habit.
- Try to select only health promoting, nutrient-rich Foods
- Combine different foods to fulfill your nutritional requirements
- Look for nutrient-Rich Cooking methods to maximize nutrition and flavor
- Try new and different recipes often to avoid loss of appetite and interest.
