5 tbsp Munjung flour blue triangle
10 tbsp Munjung chakra flour
2 tsp fermipan
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
to taste Water
Bolognese sauce
Cheese
Sausage
Paprika
Step
Mix the blue triangle flour, chakra flour and fermipan until blended.
Add the sugar and egg yolks, knead with water gradually until smooth.
Add salt and margarine, knead again until not sticky and elastic like rubber.
Cover with a clean cloth and let stand 1/2 an hour until fluffy.
After that divide into two, take one dough and flatten above teflon, not too thick or too thin.
Add the bolognese sauce and flatten it with a spoon or fork.
Give topping sausages, peppers, and cheeses.
Bake with a very small fire curleb 5-10 minutes, cover teflon to mature evenly.
Check once in a while to not burn. If the bottom is ripe lift. Cut and serve.
