Today's lunch for my husband was this Chicken Stirfired.
I forgot to introduce myself.
As a Thai woman specially if you're a housewife like me. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking or baking. I cook everyday at least twice a day if I'm lazy. Since my husband is Nutritional Balancing Practitioner, he doesn't eat out so it's my job cooking for him.
Today's lunch was Chicken Stirfried.
Ingredients:
1 Chicken breast
1 onion
1 carrot
5-10 small garlic cloves
3 long beans
for vegetables are opional, they can be whatever you like
2-3 tbs olive oil
Seasoning:
2 tbs soy sauce ( I used low sodium one)
2 tbs oyster sauce (no MSG added)
1 tbs 100% sasemi oil
1-2 tbs sweet soy sauce or terriyaki sauce
Instructions:

Stir vegetables in oilve oil on medium hight heat

Add chicken, fried until it cooked
Seasoned with Soy sauce, oyster sauce, sasemi oil and sweet soy sauce.
Serve with steam rice or any side dish of your choice. Enjoy!
