That looks great! too bad this kind of persimmon is so expensive in Israel - I understand it has less calories in it and to my personal taste it is better than the usual smaller one.

Khaki is expensive in Israel ??? I thought this fruit was cheaper because it is grown at home too! How much does a persimmon cost in Israel? Here in Spain it is between 0.5 euros and 1.5 euros the persimmon. As it's big, I buy 1 or 2 from time to time, depending on the season and it's super good! it gives me an idea of an article by the way, thank you;)
this kind of persimmon cost 14 ILS per KG which is 3.3 euro.
the usual kind of persimmon costs about 1.6 euro per KG.
you mention the price per unit?! so it super expensive in spain...
