Saba Sushi
One thing you mostly won't be able to enjoy outside of Japan is Saba Sushi. (Saba is Mackerel). The Mackerel is put into vinegar to give it a sour taste. You can eat it with a bit Soysauce or without Soysauce, depending if you like a bit Soysauce taste or prefer just the Vinegar taste.
Japanese Sweetshop
Usually Saba Sushi costs around 2000-3000yen, but there is this one place which is selling Saba Sushi for 934Yen (only 9 USD). In my opinion it is much better than the expensive ones, and people come from Tokyo to Saitama to buy the Sushi there. I love Saba Sushi very much, and many people in Japan love it.
Did you ever try Saba Sushi ???

ABOUT ME: Some insides into my Steemit life
@knozaki2015- I have tried Sushi in Korea which was delightful but not Saba Sushi. In fact, I learnt today from your blog that it is made of Mackerel soured in vinegar. I have always had Sushi before that was not soured or anything. Must try sometime but then I will have to go to Japan for that. Someday I will :). The sweets do not look visually exotic but I am sure they have good taste. How was it, You have not commented on that aspect. Thanks for making me aware of Saba Sushi. Upvoted.
Update at my end is that I have posted a blog with Original GIFs of 💕𝓐 𝓓𝓪𝓽𝓮 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓛𝓲o𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼𝓮𝓼 (https://steemit.com/life/@vm2904/original-gifs-and-narration) that you may find interesting. I would be honored if you visit my blogs and take a look. Your valuable comments will be eagerly awaited. Thanks

Interesting!!!
When going out for sushi, mackerel is a fish I absolutely will not order. It is way too fishy of a taste for me.
I have never heard of Saba Sushi. With the mackerel being pickled I'd be willing to try it.
I love sushi has always been my weakness jejeje
OMG!! That is one of my favorites! love shimesaba bou sushi so much! I have had it in korea, I can find it only in sushi restaurants here. I should visit Japan. It seems to be a heaven for sushi lover! upvote!
