I am posting at steemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.
This is the third introduction to Korean food, and I will introduce you to Gamja-Jeon.
First, Jeon is a mixture of various vegetables, meat and flour and baked with cooking oil. This is a bit like pancakes you often eat.
In Korea, I often make Jeon on a rainy day.
Ingredients
: 3 potatoes, salt, pepper, cooking oil
recipe
Please cut potatoes. Just slice it as thin as possible.
Thinly sliced potatoes are put in water to remove starch.
Prepare to drain.
And, just fry the stir fry!
Put the cooking oil in the pan moderately and put the potatoes, salt and pepper.
By the time the potato gets a little ripe (when it turns transparent), I start collecting the potato in the center and holding it in a round shape.
In this case, add more cooking oil, and when you think that the other side is ripe, turn it over as shown above.
It is not easy to do it for the first time. I recommended you to reduce the size.
If you give it to your children, you can do a little bit of salt and pepper, or you can skip it and give it to ketchup to eat.
The surface is crisp and the inside is soft.
If you have not tried Gamja-Jeon yet, I recommend you try it when you come to Korea.
Next time I will introduce another Korean food.
Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!!

말씀 감사합니다. ^^
My favorite Korean food is dotori-muk. I'm not sure if I can eat it everyday. I know that we are only supposed to eat only two dried persimmons a day.
I like it too. But It is hard to eat dotori-muk by chopstick to western people. ^^ I'll introduce it later :)
In love with Korean food. I love all kinds of jeons and the Gamja-jeon is definitely a favourite! Do you reccommend any places (hopefully in Seoul) to try it?
If you come to Seoul, I'll show you place to try it.

Korean food is one of the best cuisines in the word, I’m going to try this dish at home soon. Looks easy and can prepare it relatively quickly. Plus you can customise the dish and add different flavours and spices.
