[Korean Food Introduction # 35] Haem-Bokkeumbap (ham fried rice)

in #food7 years ago

I am posting at stemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.

This is the 35th introduction to Korean food, and today I will introduce Haem-Bokkeumbap.

Fried rice is a favorite food in Asia. Perhaps it is not only a Korean restaurant, but also a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant and a Thai restaurant.

◎ Haem-Bokkeumbap

◆ Food Ingredients

: Ham a little, green onions, eggs, sauce (1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharides)

◆ Recipe

01 . Finely chop the ham and green onions as shown in the picture below, and mix the eggs.

02 . Put the cooking oil in the pan, make green onions-oil, and stir-fry the ham.

03 . Place the ripen ham on one side and scramble the eggs. Then, put the sauce and boil it a little.

04 . Put rice and fry it. (After putting rice, stir-fry in a weak fire to avoid burning.)

05 . sesame oil and sesame make food taste better.

◆ Completed dishes

In addition to Haem-Bokkeumbap, Korean food should have Kimchi as a side dish.

I tried setting it with kimchi today.

If you have not tried Haem-Bokkeumbap yet, I recommend you try it when you come to Korea.

Next time I will introduce another Korean food.

Thank you for reading. Have a nice day !!
