Chocolate mousse is a very sweet coffee dessert. A delicious and delicate replacement for the cake. The mousse can be made very quickly, but before serving it should be cooled in a refrigerator for several hours.
Time of execution: 30 min + minimum 3 hours of cooling
Servings: 3
Components:
- 100 g chocolate (50 g milk, 50 g bitter)
- ½ cup of natural dense yoghurt
- 70 g mascarpone
- 100 ml of whipping cream (30-36%)
- 2½ tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1½ teaspoons of gelatine
Decoration:
- 2 pieces of white chocolate (optional)
- 6 pieces of chocolate decoration (optional)
Step by step recipe for chocolate mousse
Dissolve the chocolate in a water bath and wait until it cools down
Whisk the cream well.
Dissolve the water gelatine with 1-2 tablespoons of warm water, wait until it cools down, but does not thicken.
Mix the chocolate with the rest of the ingredients.
Add gelatine to the mass (mixing all the time).
Mousse mix gently with cream.
Put cups in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.
Before serving, dip the cups in boiling water to make it easier to remove the mousse. Serve sprinkled with white chocolate.
