Hey, fellow bodybuilders.
I would like to share some lessons that I've learned over the past couple of months.
This post is dedicated to new bodybuilders and especially young ones.
So, let's begin:-
- DO NOT Measure your weight every day! This will only cause you to worry more, why? Because day to day weight loss/gain is insignificant.
- It's OK to take supplements, however, be careful. The only supplements I recommend for teen bodybuilders that have at least some experience lifting weights are Whey/Isolate Protein, L-Glutamine, fish oil and multivitamins.
- Listen to your body, do not eat food that you dislike, you won't affect your body much if you miss a meal, it's ok, it happens!
- It's OK to have cheat meals/days, your body needs them, eat away younglings.
- The general bodybuilding rule that applies for most teens is, lift heavy, eat A LOT.
I hope that this post helps you out in some way, and good luck getting dem gains
