▪ INGREDIENTS:
-Soup: 400ml Anchovy Broth, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 3 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 1.5 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste
-Base: 200g Joraengi Rice Cake, 8 Fish Cake Ball, 10 Small Wiener Sausages, 6 Quail Egg, 1 Handful Sliced Scallions, 1 Handful Mozzarella Cheese, 1/2 Boiled Egg
▪ DIRECTIONS:
- Boil 400ml of anchovy broth with 1 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp corn syrup, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce, 2 Tbsp red pepper powder and 1.5 Tbsp red pepper paste in an earthen pot. When the broth starts to boil, add 200g of joraengi rice cake. Add 8 fish cake balls, 10 small wiener sausages, 6 quail eggs and 1 handful of sliced scallions to boil.
- Add 1 handful of melted mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of boiled egg to complete the dish.
