Yes I like to cook. But since i mostly cook for my self, there is rarely any feedback.
So when i invite some people for dinner, there is always a bit of an uncertainty.
This time, i tried to give the indian kitchen a go! :)
Ja, ich liebe es zu kochen. Aber da ich meistens nur für mich selbst koche, kriege ich selten feedback. Darum bin ich immer etwas unsicher wenn ich Leute zum Essen einlade.
Dieses mal habe ich es mit Indisch versucht! :)
(Dish is for 4-6):
Tikka masala
- 500g yellow peas
- 1kg of potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 2dl of Coconut milk (you can also use regular cream... But i wouldn't ;) ) Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk, 13.66 oz (Pack of 6)
- 2dl of Tikka masala paste (essential! Patak's Tikka Masala Curry Cooking Sauce)
- Cut tomatoes & let them simmer with the yellow peas in 1 liter of water for 40 Minutes.
- cut potatoes and steam them for 10 minutes.
- Put potatoes and peas together
- add coconut milk and tikka masala paste.
- Simmer for 5 more minutes
chicken
- 500g of chicken fillets
- Season with curry, pepper and salt
- grill on each side for 3-4 minutes (high heat)
Snow Pea
- 500g snow pea (frozen)
- steem for 5-7 minutes
Rice
- 500g basmati rice
- Simmer for 20 minutes in 0.75 liter of water
Topping
- Almond splinters
- Mint
- Coconut milk (yes, i love it)
- Decorate as pleased

(Für 4-6 Personen):
Tikka masala
- 500g Gelbe Erbsen
- 1kg Kartoffeln
- 2 Tomaten
- 2dl Kokosmilch (Man kann auch reguläre Sahne verwenden... ich würde aber nicht ;) ) Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk, 13.66 oz (Pack of 6)
- 2dl Tikka masala Paste (Essentiell! Patak's Tikka Masala Curry Cooking Sauce)
- Tomaten schneiden & mit den Gelben Erbsen 40 Minuten in 1 liter Wasser köcheln lassen.
- Kartoffel schneiden und 10 Minuten dämpfen
- Erbsen und Kartoffeln zusammen rühren
- Kokosmilch und tikka masala Paste dazu geben
- 5 Minuten weiter köcheln
chicken
- 500g Hühnchen Fillet
- Mit Curry, Pfeffer und Salz würzen
- Bei hoher hitze 3-4 Minuten pro Seite Grillieren
Kefen
- 500g Kefen (gefroren)
- Für 5-7 Minuten dämpfen
Rice
- 500g Basmati Reis
- Für 20 Minuten in 0.75 Liter Wasser köcheln lassen
Toppings
- Mandelsplitter
- Minze
- Kokosmilch (ja, ich liebe es)
- Dekorieren nach belieben
