I cook chicken for this recipe for many years. The chicken turns out to be very tender and fragrant. Usually I'm a marinade chicken in the morning and frying in the evening on a barbecue grill. Delicious with potatoes and green salad.
4 chicken breast fillets
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon, squeeze juice
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
Make 3 incisions in each chicken breast. This will allow the marinade to absorb better. In a small bowl, whip the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika. Beat for about 30 seconds. Put the chicken in a large bowl and fill it with marinade. Hands rub marinade into the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours.
Fry on a grill, frying pan or bake chicken breasts under the grill of the oven until cooked.
