This simple lemon recipe recipe is too delicious so do not expect to make it super simple
Ingredients:
2 cups of biscuit Mary
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can of condensed milk
1/3 to 1/2 cup lemon juice
4 pieces egg yolk mixed tightly
For merengue:
4 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
A teaspoon of vanilla
A few drops of lemon
Process
1- For the crust mix the cookies with the melted butter to form a slightly sandy paste with it lining the mold and refrigerate
2 - For the filling: mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice and the yolks
3- Pour the mixture on the crust and take to oven for 15min to 20min depending on your oven
4- Remove from the oven and with the Swiss meringue form peaks on the pay and take to the oven for 5 min more for the golden meringue.
Note Swiss Meringue Recipe:
Boil the sugar with a little water and a few drops of lemon until a syrup is formed and make lots of bubbles. Then beat the egg whites until they are well foamed. Gradually add the sugar in syrup and continue beating until they are about to snow.
