Loving this recipe. We make a lot of bread here and have 2 dozen duck eggs a day to work with. So I'm always looking for eggspiration! My signature egg dish is called Huevos a la Lily. You might say its my Lunation National Breakfast. Basically dippy duck eggs on a bed of steemed veggies with cheese and herbs on top. Nom. Loving the cheesy bready addition and will consider incorporating! Thanks!
