Kuah sayur asam pedas

selamat malam sahabat steemians. Malam ini saya kasih tau lagi cara masak menu makanan kuah asam pedan dengan bahan didalam nga yaitu jagung, cabai merah maupun hijau, labu dan berbgai jenis lain nya. mugkin ada teman teman yang ingin mencoba silahkan lihat bahan bahan nya disini ya.

Adapun bahan bahan yang harus kita siapkan untuk memasak kuah sayu asam pedas sebagai berikui:

1. 1 buah labu siyam atau labu jepang
2. 2 buah jagung manis
3. Kacang panjang secukupnya
4. Daun melinjo sedikit saja
5. 15 biji nangka cempedak
6. Daun salam
7. Lengkuas sedikit saja
8. Asam jawa secukup nya
9. Bumbu dihaluskan
10. Siung bawang merah dan bawang putih
11. Cabe rawit dan cabe merah
12. Sedikit terasi
13. Garam dan gula secukup nya

Langkah langkah dan caranya.

1. Dipotong semua sayuran dan dicuci sampai bersih
2. Ulek kasar semua bumbu
3. Isi air secukupnya dipanci, masukkan bumbu yang sudah di ulek serta masukkan semuabahan bahan nya. Setelah mendidih masukkan jagung dan biji nangka direbus sampai empuk
