Pro Tips for Steaming Vegetables :
- Cut vegetables into similar-size pieces to help them cook uniformly
- Check on veggies frequently to prevent them from getting mushy
- If you want to steam different types of veggies together, start with the denser veggies to give them a head start
- Remove veggies from the steam while they are tender but still a little crunchy
