Hi friends, Today I come up with another nutrition and healthy recipe using Banana Stem.
Taking Banana Stem Juice every morning on an empty stomach reduces our weight and keeps our body healthy and fit.
There are plenty of recipes using Banana Stem-like Palya, salad, sasime from this today I sharing simply fry using Sesame Seeds.
For preparing it took 30 to 45 minutes, here for cutting and boiling Banan Stem took time. But preparing this recipe took only 10 minutes.
Ingredients:-
Banana Stem
Sesame Seeds: 50 grams
Dhaniya seeds(coriander seeds): 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilli: 5 to 7
Tamarind: 10 grams
Salt: As required
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Table Spoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Musted seeds: 1/2 Tablespoon
Curry leaves: 5 to 7
Now I give my recipe.
Preparation.
- First, we need to chop Banan Stem into small pieces.
- Now we need to boil those on adding Turmeric Powder until it became softer.
- In the meantime, we need to prepare one masala powder using Sesame seeds.
For this need just dry fry Red chillies, Sesame seeds, Coriander seeds one by one without adding any oil.
After frying all those keeps on a plate, along with the required tamarind and salt.
- Now all those put in a grinder and make fine powder like this.
- Now our Banana Stem also becomes sister, now remove from flame 🔥 and remove excess water from it.
- Now heat a pan with oil, after oil heating adds mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves one by one.
- Now add a boiled banana stem to it, just fry for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.
- Now add our masala powder to it. Then mix well.
Now our delicious and Tasty Banan Stem Poriyal is ready to serve.
It's the best combination with Hot Rice and Ghee.
