I love avocados! We had several trees when I was a kid. Each Winter they would be laden with fruit. We always used to eat them on bread or toast with salt and pepper. I had no idea that avocado cooking oil was available.

There were so many avocados, most of them would rot on the ground. These days, I find it hard to bring myself to pay for them. 8P
