FOOD TRIP WITH MY FRIENDS (@ROXAS NIGHT MARKET)

Last friday me and my friends and his 2 little babies, we go a food trip in roxas night market here in Davao City. First, We are decide to go in Pastilan Barbecue sa Ponce wherein you can see the different menu of barbecue. And specially the price of the barbecue and pastil it is so affordable(pangmasa ang price) and yummy like your hubby hehe joke.

Here is the menu. It so cheapest price.

This is the pastil. Pastil is came from in maguindanao it is a native delicacy of the maguindanawon which you can see in the central part of Mindanao. Pastil t is the combination of rice and chicken or beef abodo.. Sometimes it will wrapped in banana leaf.

Pork barbecue it so saucy.. yum..yum yum.

I will introduce to you my lovely friends and her kiddos, the pink one that is emma with her babies the right side of me that is Marcus and the center of emma and marcus he is Cyrus. And the chubby girl she is Nyce and me wearing the color blue blouse.

This is the Second part of our food trip the Fried ice cream or roll ice cream.

This ice cream is so cheapest. It can cost per cup just only 20 pesos.. There are so many flavors you choose. But nyce, emma and I, we will choose this flavors, for nyce she choose ube flavor with chocolate toppings, and for emma she choose the strawberry flavor with strawberry toppings and me is the bubble gum flavor with chocolate toppings.

And her is my bubble gum ice cream.

Here is the trivia, where is came from the fried ice cream or roll ice cream.

Stir-fried ice cream "I-Tim-Pad" "ไอติมผัด" in Thai, ice pan ice cream, rolled ice cream or ice cream rolls is a hand made ice cream dessert made with milk poured on an iced grill, mixed with fruit or different ingredients on the ice-pan.

Stir-fried ice cream existed in Thailand by 2009, as a way of just mixing ingredients together with fruits and different types of candies. There were a few vendors at the time, and it was not popular yet. Around 2011–2012, the ice cream became more popular in Thailand and began to spread to neighboring countries such as Malaysia, and Cambodia in 2012. It spread worldwide in 2015 from internet viral videos.
