Bun Cha is a famous and popular dish in Hanoi, Vietnam and especially it's very delicious.
Let's go to the kitchen and learn how to cook with this BUN CHA !!!
Raw materials for Bun Cha for 4 persons:
-250g tasty bacon
-250g lean pork shoulder
-Shallot, lemon, garlic, peppers, kohlrabi or green papaya / cucumber, carrots, served with raw vegetables
-seasoning, fish sauce,brown sugar,oyster sauce, honey (can be omitted if not applicable)
-1kg rice vermicelli
Cook Bun cha:
