🍴 Carrot salad (vegetarian) - My version of the recipe.

It is possible to eat for breakfast or as a snack.
Carrot is a real storehouse of vitamins, antioxidants and potassium. And, besides, this bright vegetables contain a lot of fiber and beta-carotene. Most useful to eat carrots raw. However, not everyone wants to chew raw carrots. :)) For better assimilation of vitamin A of carrots is recommended to use it together with fats.
Cooking is easy!


We need:
Carrots grate
2 boiled egg chop
chsnok crushed (optional)
sea salt
ground coriander
sesame seeds

olive oil
or if you wish mayonnaise (to taste)

Sprinkle with sesame seeds or nuts
