I love Pho! Particularly Lamb Pho. Never tried to cook it myself, but always seek them out in restaurants and such.

Asian cuisine is amazing, dont you think? They have fusion stuffs with string species, great flavor !!!

Absolutely. And yes, it's actually not a traditional Vietnamese dish but a fusion thing. Tastes divine though!
