S.URIC ACID-
Uric acid is a waste product of purine ( Purines is are nitrogenous bases that make up the two different kinds of nucleotide bases in DNA and RNA. The two-carbon nitrogen ring bases adenine and guanine are purines ) metabolism in Human being. High/Low uric acid can be noted at any stage of life. Mostly people found with High Uric acid in their blood.
High level of uric acid in a blood is known as- Hyperuricemia
Low level of uric acid in a blood is known as- hypouricemia
Mainly there are two reason for elevated uric acid which are your body may generate more uric acid else your body organs such as kidney does not pass uric acid through urinary track.
Normal Reference Range of S. URIC Acid-3.4-7.0 mg/dl
Symptoms of High URIC ACID
When there is too much uric acid in your body, your pH balance moves to the “acidic” side of the scale. When this happens, you develop problems like Heal pain, gout, arthritis, kidney stones, and general joint pain. high uric acid slowly damage your joints and kidney it is always better to take care before it kills your health and happy life style. if you have any problems related to pains in joint it is advice to test S.uric acid to nearby laboratory and concern with your physician.

Advice-
If you are patient of elevated uric acid ….don’t worry it will come to normal range if you change your eating Habits.

  1. Remember whatever you eat it should be digest otherwise undigested food will be responsible for High uric acid. so, always Try to take your breakfast as a lunch so that it get much time to digest. and take your dinner before 7 pm. dont eat anything after 7 pm.
  2. Stop eating Animal food such as Fish, Meat, eggs, milk. i.e Take less protein intake
  3. Stop Drinking Alcohol.
  4. eat more Raw vegetables and fruits.
  5. start High Antioxidant diet
  6. Do daily one hour moderate exercise.
