Finaly, some holiday days after a looooOOOOoooong time!!
The first day was spent with the last preparations before carring the car and driving into the beach. Destination: unknown gem in the south of Portugal.
We arrived just in time to grab some delicious sandwiches with plenty of vegetables, cheese, ham, fried eggs and a limonade seasond with thyme 😃 I'm happy to return to this site!!
This first sandwich had a curious mixture of brie cheese, ham, onion chutney, raspberry and strawberry. This combination seemed weird for my taste, but it's amaaaaazing! You should try it 😋
Our second sandwich was more traditional, it had lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocato and the fried eggs. Well, I could feel myself healtier after dividing these two sandwiches 🥪
Have you ever smelt tyme herbs!? Ohhh, the idea of placing a small branch within the lemonade was a victorious one!!
