I don't take beef and I like lasagna but there's not many places that have chicken version. Thanks for the sharing this recipe. Good to know how to do a vegetarian version. I am following you for more.

Thanks very much @lindal, I'm happy you like the sound of it! I also make another really tasty (if I say so myself!) lasanga that is just like a veggie version of beef lasagna, but using lentils and beans for the meaty texture. I make it all the time at home.
