Man, you're having some delicious food! One day it's amazing BBQ meat, next day it's scallops and octopus.
With octopus, it's a bit hit and miss. I've had some very chewy octopus, probably overcooked or something. I was like: what's the big deal?
But then – when I visited the Azores, Portugal – I had octopus as it's meant to be: tender, soft and grilled on the outside. Omg, this is years ago but when I think back to it I can still almost taste that nomnomnom yumminess!
