There are many flavours and color in mexican food. But my favorite is defenitly Morning Tacos. Most people dont know this, but because mexico is so big and rich in culture, every state and every city has their or speciality. My hometown ins Tacos, we eat tacos for breakfast, tacos for lunch and tacos for dinner. All of which are different but equaly delicous. Monterrey is know for its tacos, Barbacoa, picadillo, desebrada, deshebrada con papa, machaca con huevo, chile relleno de queso o carne, huevo con nopal and of course chicharron prensado... All of which in every bite taste like a piece of heaven. 
If your ever in town, be sure to try them all. My recomendation.. all of them! In a cart in the middle of the street or a sit down restaurant, the meat, the place and most important the people is what makes this great meal our everyday meal.
