Canned tuna in own juice 250 g
Mayonnaise 100 g
Capers 20 g

Prepare the dough. For this mix: flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, water and ink cuttlefish. Form 4 balls, cover with food film. Infuse 48 hours.
Make the sauce: mix canned tuna, mayonnaise and capers. Punch all in a blender until smooth.
Separately bake the dough at 300 degrees for 4 minutes.
When ready, cut it in half, anoint it with sauce, stuff it with onions, tomatoes and olive oil, cover with the second half, and decorate with mozzarella and olive (eyes), cheddar (nose).
