Today we had Shatshouka.
Famous middle eastern meal, whose paternity is disputed!
For me it's mean, Eggs poched on tomato sauce..
Nicer the tomato sauce, Nicer the Shatshouka!
For this Seasonal Shatshouka I used for 2 big eaters :
-4 eggs
-2 big onions
-2 red peppers
-4 big tomatoes
-3 garlic cloves
- a lot of persil!
-Cumin, pepper and salt.
Should I really mention the olive oil? ;D
