All tea is healthy. Just the act of taking time to enjoy a cup of tea is healthy. Black, White, Green, Oolong, Pu'er... they are all leaves of the same plant. Whatever tea you drink, it's best to find a source which comes direct from small family farms, that practice chemical free, sustainable agriculture. I prefer http://verdanttea.com - Cheers!
