Manoj Kutteri, Wellness Director of the Atalanta Wellness Center and founder and director of the FITNESS-Nutrition for Life, has given some tips to enjoy the weather by defeating the summers?
Tomatoes: Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, they also contain beneficial phytochemicals like lycopene, which help to cure chronic diseases, especially cancer.
-Jukini: Zukini has a fiber called pectin, which keeps the heart healthy and reduces cholesterol.
-Retoboy: It keeps you cool and hydrated. Due to the abundance of water it is full of stomach. There is also lycopene in watermelon, which protects skin cells from sun damage.
- Orange: Orange is rich in potassium. This nutrient is important in summer. It contains about 80 percent water and it removes muscle cramps.
-Even: Protein-rich yogurt benefits a lot in the summer in terms of health. The protein contained in it keeps your appetite calm, so that you avoid eating snacks full of salty and high calorie intake. It also provides helpful bacteria probiotics to keep your digestive system healthy.
Minnu: Mint water: With two drops of lemon a glass of minced mint water works wonders. It cleans the liver and strengthens your metabolism
